We, at Ollanla, want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com to apply for a return or an exchange of your unused item. A return authorization number will be issued to you if you are able to return the item in its original condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be returned and received by Ollanla within fourteen (14) days of item delivery to you.
Regardless of timing and item condition, the following categories of goods may not be returned or exchanged for any reason:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Intimate apparel and other goods of a personal or intimate nature
- Sanitary goods,
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
- Discount, sale and/or clearance items
If your item is returned for credit, you may only receive up to partial credit if the item is: (1) not in its original condition; (2) is damaged; (3) is missing parts for any reason which is not due to our fault or error; or (4) is returned more than fourteen (14) days after your receipt of such item. If the item is submitted for return and not approved for refund or exchange, per our policy, we will return the original item to you, at your cost.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or partial refund, as applicable.
If approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges, typically within 2 business days from the time we receive the returned item. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
For exchanges: Please identify for us the reason for the exchange as well as the item you wish to receive in exchange (with color and size). Once the item is received and the exchange is approved, your new item will be shipped via UPS ground at no additional cost.
Custom orders may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. No refunds will be given for custom orders.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within forty-eight (48) hours after receiving notice of refund approval, first check your bank account. If there is no evidence that the refund has been received, please contact your credit card company. If, after five (5) business days there is still no evidence that the refund has been made, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these measures and you still have not received your refund within ten (10) business days after notice of receipt of refund approval of the item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regularly priced items eligible for refund may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale, discounted and/or clearance items are not eligible for refund.
An exchange may be granted for items which were defective or damaged when received by you. If, under those circumstances, you need to request an exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com. If an authorization for exchange is granted, we will then ask you to send us the item at the following address:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, provided the returned item is eligible for a refund pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth, above. Once the returned item is received and deemed eligible for refund in our discretion, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, please have the gift giver contact us regarding the refund or exchange of the item, per the procedures above, and we will work with the gift giver in an attempt to resolve any issues.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage or other casualty or harm at any time after your initial receipt of the item.
Risk of damage to or loss of goods passes to the Customer upon delivery - FOB origin.
Where goods are supplied for export, Customer is responsible for complying with any and all U.S. export laws as well as any import regulations in the country of destination and for paying any import duties.
When a date of delivery is specified, such date shall only be taken as an estimate. Conditions of shipping and transport are not guaranteed. Our obligation of delivery shall be subject to our receipt of correct and timely deliveries from our suppliers. You are obligated to accept partial deliveries.
Ollanla reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our returns and exchange conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and a refund will not be granted.
